Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your IELTS preparation experience. This refund policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for subscriptions purchased on our platform.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request the refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription purchase
  • This is your first subscription to our platform
  • You provide a brief reason for the refund (helps us improve)

What's Covered

Our money-back guarantee covers:

  • Monthly subscription plans (Prep tier)
  • Annual subscription plans (Prep tier)

Note: The free tier does not require payment and therefore is not subject to refunds.

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Full refund available within 14 days of initial subscription
  • No refund for renewal charges after the guarantee period
  • After cancellation, access continues until the end of your billing period

Annual Subscriptions

  • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days: prorated refund may be available at our discretion
  • Annual subscribers who cancel continue to have access until the year ends

3. How to Request a Refund

Request Process

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Request Refund"
  4. Fill out the brief refund request form
  5. Submit and wait for confirmation

You can also request a refund by emailing:

  • Email: support@ieltsprep.com
  • Subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Email]"
  • Include your account email and reason for refund

Processing Time

  • Review: 1-2 business days to review your request
  • Approval: Email confirmation once approved
  • Processing: 5-10 business days to appear in your account

4. Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the platform:

  • Contact support immediately for assistance
  • We'll work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • If we cannot resolve it, we'll extend your refund eligibility period

Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times by mistake:

  • Contact us immediately with transaction details
  • We'll investigate and refund duplicate charges within 3 business days

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Refund requests made after 14 days (for first-time subscribers)
  • Renewal charges for subscribers who did not cancel before renewal
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (may have different terms)
  • Processing fees charged by payment providers

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund. You keep access until your current billing period ends.

Refund returns your payment and may immediately revoke access to paid features.

If you simply want to stop being charged, cancellation is usually the right choice. Request a refund only if you want your money back and are willing to lose access immediately.

7. Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days

The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. If you don't see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.
