Payments and subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Paddle handles payments, billing details, invoices, taxes, refunds, and subscription management. Paddle may act as an independent data controller for payment and transaction data. MYPE IELTS does not store your full card details. Learning and Practice Data
- Writing responses submitted for AI feedback

2. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

4. AI Processing of Your Data
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to provide educational feedback on your IELTS practice.
- Writing: You submit your own writing responses. AI provides feedback on task achievement, coherence, vocabulary, and grammar for educational purposes.
- Speaking: You submit your own spoken responses. AI provides feedback on fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammatical accuracy for educational purposes. We do not use speaking recordings for biometric identification or to uniquely identify users.
- Progress tracking: AI identifies patterns in your results to personalise your study plan.
AI feedback is for educational purposes only and may not always be fully accurate. MYPE IELTS does not complete exam or academic work on behalf of users, and does not guarantee IELTS band scores or official exam results. Identifiable user submissions are not sold or shared publicly.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the platform, including providers for:
- Hosting and infrastructure
- Payment and billing (Paddle, as Merchant of Record)
- AI processing and feedback generation
- Analytics and platform improvement
- Email communication
- Customer support
- Security and error monitoring
We may also share data when required by law, in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, or with your explicit consent.
